Totkay? You must be referring to what it is. So, let me tell you, it is basically applied formulae or tips that have helped people in their past experiences it may be health, business, etc.
Amal has developed a series of progress far until now and they have recently shared their tips on developing a growth mindset. So let's reflect on what they said.

  1. Self-Talk: is your internal dialogue. It’s influenced by your subconscious mind, and it reveals your thoughts, beliefs, questions, and ideas. It can be both negative and positive. It can be encouraging, and it can be distressing. Much of your self-talk depends on your personality.
  2. Get out of your comfort zone: When in your comfort zone, your brain doesn’t want anything to change. Getting out of your comfort zone from time to time creates just enough good stress to ramp up your focus, creativity, pace, and drive, and it helps you respond to life stress when unexpected things happen.
  3. Create a new habit: Bring a change in your daily life, try learning something good whether from a friend or someone and sometimes maybe online. It can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days for a person to form a new habit and an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic.
  4. Ask people for help: It is sometimes harder to work all alone. Calling someone out for help or assistance may be very beneficial for one’s work. Instead of saying, “Call me if I can do anything,” identify a need and just do it. Instead, say “Call me if you need anything.”
  5. Fake it until you make it: It suggests that by imitating confidence, competence, and an optimistic mindset, a person can realize those qualities in real life.

These 5 totkay or you may say tips are very helpful in one’s life even if you are in a professional field or not. It completely makes a sense of doing work more easily and efficiently. It will not help you grow in work only but you will get a growth mindset within a short period of time. Just start to act and you will achieve it.
